Gravity Conveyors

Gravity Roller Conveyor

Gravity Roller Conveyor

Comes in various configurations, but the operating principle is the same. A round tube (typically steel) is supported on a shaft (hex or round) by bearings (typically oil sealed). The shaft is contained within formed or structural punched frames by either internal springs or retaining pins. Roller conveyor is suitable for heavier loads that may require a permanent installation. Roller and shaft sizing is based on the intended application. Custom or standard legs can be provided in various heights in either bolt-on or weld on configurations.

Skatewheel Conveyor

Skatewheel Conveyor

Comes in various configurations, but the operating principle is the same. A number of individual galvanized wheels are spaced accordingly on a round threaded shaft separated by galvanized spacers. The shaft is contained within formed punched frames by retaining nuts. Skatewheel conveyor is suitable for lighter loads that may require a temporary installation. Galvanized construction provides excellent durability for applications such as warehouse and the food delivery industry. Custom or standard legs can be provided in various heights in bolt-on configurations.

Ball Transfer Tables

Ball Transfer Tables

Comes in various configurations, but the operating principle is the same. Numerous steel ball transfers are mounted in a variety of center to center locations onto a steel frame. Ball transfer tables allow complete freedom of movement of the product in all directions.

Gravity Silos

Gravity Silos

Used to transfer product from a higher elevation to a lower elevation. Curved, spiral frames are assembled to create a guided path for the product to safely pass. In-feed and out-feed conveyors can be either powered or gravity. In-feed and out-feed height and rate of drop will be built to your specifications.

Silo Conveyors concept of operation offers considerable advantages for your applications. Energy savings, reduced floor space needs, while allowing maximum product throughput. Silo conveyors are intended for bridging the elevation requirements of specific applications.

Flow Rails

Flow Rails

Sections are mainly used in light duty permanent racking applications. Multiple sections will be mounted in the same direction to support and convey the product.

Comes in various configurations and its primary use is to help keep product centered on the conveying surface.

Gravity Rollers

Gravity Rollers

These rollers are the means by which products are transported in most types of gravity conveyor systems. They are available in many sizes with a multitude of bearing, retaining devices and axle options.
